Universe Home Services replaced our above-ground oil tank and they did an amazing job! Ben, Josh and Keith arrived on time as promised. True professionals. They were able to transfer most of the oil from the old tank into the new one separating the good oil from the oil that contained sludge thereby saving us quite a bit of money…considering the cost of oil today.
The tank they installed was a Granby double-walled unit which is one of the best available.
They left the surrounding area better than it was even trimming off part of a shrub that was overgrown and needed to be removed in order to safely install the tank. I had been given prior notice that this may be needed.
Ben, also brought to my attention an issue with our 24 year old boiler which was rusted and leaking and recommended that I replace it soon to avoid the risk of having significant water damage occur to the home if it were to fail. Ben and Frank worked with me on providing a good estimate, multiple payment options and scheduled a replacement for the next day.

The day after the oil tank was installed Ben, Adrian and Justin arrived early in the morning as promised to remove my existing boiler and replace it with a new Peerless boiler.

Again, the team did an amazing job! The workmanship and professionalism is second to none. They worked all day and completed the job on time. I am so impressed with their work.
Ben was extremely helpful in explaining everything about our new boiler system.
Universe communicates with you prior, during and after the work is done.
The team was outstanding and I highly recommend Universe.

At this day and age, it is refreshing to see that such a well established business still puts customer first.
