We are so thankful that Universe Home Services called to set up our yearly member maintenance care appointment. During the system checkup Will Earley detected a Carbon Monoxide leak from the Boiler. Will explained how dangerous this is and immediately shut down the system. He is very professional. He sat down with us and we purchased a new Boiler. He explained all our options for a payment plan. The Boiler was installed the next day! Excellent customer care. Thank you Keith Hurley, Nick,Quan and King did the installation. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, respectful and efficient. They worked well together. We were pleased with their performance. The installation went great from the beginning to end.

Awesome service. Came within time frame advised. Kept apprised of arrival time with a text. Very courteous and professional. Extremely satisfied with the technician and this Company. Note- this service is included in the contract, so actually no payment was made. Had to make a payment selection so selected lowest one. Again, the cost for the maintenance service is $0.

I had called Universe Home Services for my AC issues (unusual noise, and Smell). Universe sent two technicians (Ryan,M and Pete,M) who were Very knowledgeable, Polite, and explained my options in simple terms that I could make educated decisions with. 👍 This company does a great job hiring the right people for the right job, the AC installers(Keith, Quan, King) were very efficient, clean, and polite. They installed all Carriers Ductless AC’s, super quiet equipment. This company even has their own electricians who worked tirelessly (Ryan,T and Trevor) five star rating by me and my family!

After hours emergency call. The prior comany who installed the unit didn’t return my call so I called Universe who came. The water was coming through my light fixture. No emergency shut off was installed when unit was installed and it was clogged and one had to be put in. Thank you for coming and do the the work that needed to be done!
