With a plumbing emergency on a Saturday, finding a good plumber is impossible…. except for Universal Home Services. From the time I called to Brian's arrival was less than 30 minutes. He immediately put me at ease and knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a washing machine delivered but during installation, a pipe snapped and they were not qualified to fix it. Brian fixed everything within 20 minutes, then installed the washing machine and stayed to run through a cycle to make sure everything worked perfectly. Some might say the price was high but for a Saturday emergency….. and so promptly and efficiently, I can't complain.

My Electrician was Bryan. Did a great job diagnosing my immediate need of installing a dishwasher electrical component. however I also asked him for more general questions around my central AC thermostat that wasn’t working properly and an outside Electrical unit for my barbecue. He did a great job of diagnosing and Give me a quote for those repairs as well. He also found a safety issue with my sub panel . He was a great communicator and will be back in my house in two weeks to do additional work. Based on Bryan’s professionalism, I highly recommend universal Electric

Universe Home Services is a great company. A great one stop shop for all your A/C, Heating, Plumbing and Electric. Just had Chester here to check our A/C system and he was great. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job and gave us great advice on maintaining our system. We called this morning to try and get a technician here for tomorrow. Brandon arrived right on time and fully explained every detail regarding the issue with my hot water heater-from best case scenario to worst. There was no pressure to go for the expensive fix immediately. He was a genuine guy who understands the idea of a budget. If I must do the big fix in the future, I would not hesitate to use him.
