Universe did a great job as always.Vidal the plumber explained in detail the issues after inspecting the water heater and main water line entering the house. The pressure reduction valve had failed and needed to be replaced. Vidal did the work as promised in a neat and professional manner. We also added a home filtration system at the same time. Everything was completed on time. We are happy with the results. Thanks again to Universe.

Jason responded to a callback after my mini splits were installed. The units were blowing cool air, after they reached temperature in heating mode. Jason reprogramed the units and explained their operation very thoroughly. Jason was very profesional, knowlegable and friendly.

I had to get a replacement central air conditioner and furnace for my home since my current system is 20 years old and used R22 refrigerant which is no longer used. Benjamin, Justin and Spence came to my house around 8am and kept working till around 4pm nonstop. They were kind, professional and very knowledgeable. I was told what was to be done and it was smooth. They laid a tarp down to keep my house clean and threw away the old equipment that I had. What was left behind was a new Carrier central air and heating system that is very quiet and powerful. I am very pleased with their work and pleased with the equipment used. I would recommend them to anyone looking to repair or replace their home system.
