I came home to the heat and hot water not working. The baseboards were ice cold and it was 32° outside. I called the number and someone answered right away. The forecast was for the temperature to go down to the low 20s and a 4 to 6 inch accumulation of snow. I was very worried that I wouldn’t be able to stay in my house without heat. The dispatcher assured me that someone would be there within a few hours and that they would call before they came. Less than two hours, Anthony came to my house. When he walked in, he said he could hear the alarm coming from the heating system. When he saw it, he recognized the error code right away and was able to fix it very quickly. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes, including bleeding the pipes and restarting the system after fixing the part water pressure sensor that was causing the trouble. I.HIGHLY recommend them!
