Iโ€™ve used Universe a few times now – in my old house and now in my new condo. I had called for an estimate for a new HVAC system and a HWH and that same day they sent an estimator named Frank – he was excellent. He offered fair and competitive pricing on the spot. He was very knowledgeable on the equipment and the maintenance. I had a quote in hand within 15-20 minutes. He explained all of the options along with a financing option if needed. Then i called him the next day after signing the contract to set up a day for them to do the install. They accommodated my request. They called day before to confirm job and arrival time. Sean, Danny, Daniel and Vinny arrived on time today and got right to work. I had a few questions they answered for me along the way. They did the install and tested the HWH and HVAC system and I was very pleased with their professionalism. They cleaned up everything and my system looks beautiful. And they have an awesome 5 year maintenance contract that came with it also. Very attractive offer. 10/10 I would definitely highly recommend Universe Home Services. One small hiccup with a cracked pipe after install BUT their technician Alex came right away and switched out the pipe and was in and out in 10 minutes problem fixed. All good. 10/10 Iโ€™d still give them because service is just as important as the install job. 6/18 first maintenance – technicians name was Keith.
