The company Universe were professional, knowledgeable and accommodating from estimate to install of my new AC system. The comfort consultant was patient with explaining what we needed and competitive and fair with pricing. The install team arrived exactly on time and got right to work. They were curtious and clean throughout the day, answered every question we had and explained the new system in detail before leaving. They also didn't leave a spec of debris behind from the house to the yard to the driveway. I would definitely recommend and use them again for any issue from HVAC to plumbing. It seems like they can do it all.

Rich was knowledgeable about our AC system and he explained clearly what he was doing and gave tips on ways to keep it running soundly. I would definitely want Rich to come back for future maintenance to our AC & heating systems.

Honestly, I was skeptical due to the price and upon reading negative reviews from other customers. But, Tony, the comfort advisor, definitely put me at ease by ensuring the job’s needs were met. The job was started and completed today, 9/17/26, by Mr. Espinal and Mr. Kelly. There was a third person whose name unfortunately I didn’t catch. I can surely say that the 3 gentlemen that performed the job were not only polite, but knowledgeable, neat, careful and considerate when performing and moving materials throughout my home. I hope that my review speaks for years to come as I make use of the waterless water heater. I hope to be able to use them for other future needs. Thank you Universe Home Services.

When my 42-year-old central a/c system started giving me problems at the height of early August heat, Universal sent someone out expeditiously. The service tech was pleasant and professional and recommended replacement of the system. He didn't deny that components could be repaired or replaced, but he explained why full replacement would be the best option. We scheduled the system overhaul two days later. In that interval, i started having doubts, so I called Universal and spoke to the service rep, who was really patient with me and addressed all my questions. I decided to proceed with the replacement. On the actual day of replacement, several techs were at the house to remove the old handler and install the new system. Everyone was so professional and kind and went out of their way to make sure they kept my home clean. They checked in with me throughout the day to provide updates and get my input. It was truly a wonderful experience. The other great thing are the text updates – I got updates whenever any service tech was arriving to my home, including their name. Special thanks to Mike Fitzpatrick, Frank Cannata, Erik Trippett, Johnnatan Marquez, Matt Restituyo, and Jose Velasquez. They're a little pricier than other companies, but I have no regrets. The service and professionalism was top notch and absolutely worth it. I would not hesitate to utilize their services again.

Visit from Universe was very nice! He came on time and was reassuring. I was a little nervous and he went right to work and explained all he had to do for my air conditioner! Very satisfying explanation!!! So I am going to have universe , do their job!!! Grateful !!! Today they finished and the crew that came were efficient as could be , Universe !!! Gets a Five star twice from me !!!
