Commercial Sales Rep

Universe Home Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with commercial clients and offering customized HVAC solutions that meet their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, a passion for customer service, and an understanding of commercial HVAC systems. Responsible for expanding our commercial client base, promoting our range of services and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Essential Job Functions

  • Consult with business professionals to provide mechanical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new commercial HVAC business leads.
  • Provide estimates on new installations of boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioning systems.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their HVAC and plumbing needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales quotas sales activity and metrics assigned
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective new clients.
  • Complete consistently scheduled phone blocks and cold call prospecting activities to establish initial and follow-up appointments with customer/prospect decision-makers within a designated territory.
  • Complete required Customer KPI expectations, CRM-Service Titian entries, reports and other paperwork in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy

Required Skills and Experience

  • Prior sales experience required
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in HVAC, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of Commercial HVAC systems and services.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage a portfolio of commercial accounts.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Superior customer service skills and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner to clients
  • Responsibilities may require working weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
