I woke up to water all over the floor in my boiler room, not being sure where it was coming from or how to fix it and, as if that wasn’t stressful enough, it was a Sunday morning!! After calming down from pure panic, I remembered Universe Home Services because Universe Home Services installed my new hot water heater a few years ago and did a great job. My emergency call was promptly responded to with Christopher Martin soon appearing at my home. In a word, Christopher Martin is EXCELLENT! He was able to immediately identify the source of the water as being due to a crack at the base of the glass vial that holds water from the boiler and was able to quickly replace the vial which solved the problem. Christopher Martin went the extra mile of thoroughly checking the entire boiler to ensure that there was no other part of the boiler, in addition to the cracked glass vial, that water could have been coming from. Christopher Martin was extremely knowledgeable about boilers and was happy to answer any and all questions I asked him about the problem at hand and about my boiler, in general. Not only would I not hesitate to call Universe Home Services should I have any other issues with my boiler, I would specifically request the services of Christopher Martin as he was very personable, knowledgeable and really did do an EXCELLENT job!

I had a great experience with Brian Gerle when he came to check my boiler. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explained what he was doing in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure the system was running safely and efficiently before he left.

I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. It’s reassuring to find someone you can trust with something as important as your home’s heating system. I highly recommend his services and will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing or boiler needs!

Today, a technician named Anthony Ezzo from Universe Home Service came and replaced the zone valve of our gas boiler.

The weather is very cold, and we were worried because the heating was not working. However, he arrived early, kindly explained the issue to us, and completed the replacement efficiently.

Michael Martucci was Great. He located the problem (flame sensor) and fixed it very fast. He took the time to explain what happened and why the part needed replacing. I would recommend him to come fix my home and anyone else’s again.

Frank Nappi came at 7:30 in a blizzard to fix our heat. Was very professional and helpful. Will definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

The dispatch process is very busy, but I stuck it out with Universe because their service people are very skilled. Nick is professional, honest, and provided excellent Information. Quick, professional, and fixed the clogged pipe fast. A little pricey, but worth it for the quality work.
