He was honest about the situation and mentioned that he could have charged for opening up the ceiling to find out the problem, but since it wasn’t a plumbing issue and not his area of specialty, he chose not to charge for that work. I really appreciate and respect his honesty.

He cleaned up really nicely afterwards.

He also recommended a reliable company for the necessary repairs, and they did a great job. If anything else comes up in the future, I will definitely be calling Universe Home Service again.
