From the moment they arrived they were determined to find the cause of my problem , the company a nick , Christopher. -an James went up and beyond to help me fix the issue we were having they were honest and reliable from start to finish other companies quoted me triple in price !!!!! Issues can happen with any home project but what matters is how a company makes it right.
Universe never abandoned us. Stayed late twice until our mother’s heat and hot water were fully restored.
Huge thanks to the entire office team and especially Paul. He genuinely cares, took the time to walk me through what happened with the project. Also made sure Mom was taken care of the right way.
Keep in mind everyone working at Universe lives here on Long Island. They are part of our communities and it shows. It's nice to see a local company that takes pride in doing right by their customers.
That kind of integrity is hard to find. Highly recommend.

After deciding on Universe for a new AC system, Scott and Carlos arrived promptly to scope the home prior to installation. They were extremely pleasant and patient, explaining everything clearly. If the installation goes this seamlessly, I’ll be very happy!

I called universe to check my mini split unit and they were able to come over the same day. I was also interested in possibly adding another unit. Laura in the office was very helpful on the phone and set up appointments with a repairman named Bob and sales person named Glen. This is a truthful review when I say they all were helpful, professional and personable. I’m glad I’m dealing with them.
This past weekend, March 27-30, 2026, a family relative in Levittown needed emergency service to their oil burner and plumbing that was leaking. The family had let some home repairs get worse because of medical issues. They called Universe and they were over quickly since their bathroom was flooding. I went over to check on them and a rep named Christopher Martin was already there and had come up with an evaluation of obvious repairs needed . He was very pleasant and explained the problems and repairs. The original oil burner needed to be replaced because of age, rust and leaking pipes so the next day the work would start.
They also had a clogged waste line from the house to the sewer. Another rep named Brandon Sears came and found the problem and root cleared the pipe for water to drain again. It was a difficult and unpleasant job as I watched. Brandon was also a pleasant person and explained why this probably happened.
These two men are the reasons we will always Universe Homes Services for problems for my own home too. Even on the phone people like Austin made arrangements for paying and scheduling easy. And Universe always texts who is coming to your home with a photo of the technician you will see.
My family is greatly appreciative for their dependable business.

I have used Universe Home Services for several years. They did my oil-to-gas conversion and did a great job. Every contractor or inspector who goes into my basement compliments the work. I also used the company for electrical upgrades and repairs. Dave was the electrician who upgraded my electric panel, installed the hard wired carbon monoxide detectors, and replaced numerous electrical outlets. He solved my electric problem regarding my vacuum cleaner tripping the circuit breaker. Today Dave was here again to fix a problem with one of my carbon monoxide units. He resolved the problem easily. I have total confidence in Dave’s ability to solve any electrical issue. It is comforting to know that help with home repairs is only a phone call away. Very satisfied.
